Description-She is a slender cat. Her fur is a pale dove-gray, overlaid with spotted tabby markings. From her fore head to her tail is a long silver streak, about the width between her ears. Her ears are erect, giving her a perpetually alert look. She has cool, normal-sized green eyes. Her eyes are clear without flecks. She has a pale, brick-red nose, like faded bricks painted white with the red barely showing through. Her profile is that of an Oriental, long and straight. She has a tabby, head, fur, and tail. She is very light for a medium-sized cat.
Tough and independent, she obeys her own rules. She is very secretive, never telling her parents about her daily activities fighting clan cats and gaining revenge. Honor is her guideline. She thinks her parents are cowards, who hide behind the fence all day. Her bravery is renowned in The Resistance. She has taken prey from many clan cats, and has become a top fighter. Though she is strong, she knows when to stop. She is never intimidated, and faces danger right in the eye. Soon, she may meet her match.
History-Blade was a young kittypet who lived with her parents, oblivious to the forest. Her parents, Sparkle and Spot, always told her, “Never bug the forest cats” One day, Blade and her friend Trouble, where wrestling close to the forest boundary when Trouble accidentally placed one paw over the boundary, a clan cat started attacking him. Blade tried to help, and was knocked out by a blow to the skull. When she gained consciousness, Trouble’s dark gray fur was covered in blood and his right hind leg seemed twisted awkwardly. From there on, she hated clanners with every hair on her pelt.
Hates forest clanners because her friend Trouble was attacked and maimed by a clanner. She tried to convince her parents to stop the clan cat but, they refused, saying, “Stay out of the clans business, clans do what they like. Angry, and wanting revenge, she entered the forest where she met an old tabby rouge, Purdyfoot. Little did she know, but her whole life would change. She and Purdyfoot started a conversation. Soon, she told all about the attack and frustration, that the clanner got away, scot-free. Purdyfoot sympathized and said he had been attacked by a clanner too. His mate, Trill, was killed by a clanner who loved her. Soon she and Purdyfoot started a gang of clan-haters. Blade became second in command, Purdyfoot was the ringleader. More cats began to join. In all six dedicated cats joined to strike out against the clanners. Purdyfoot reasoned, the clanners need food to survive, cut off their food supply, and they’ll be begging for mercy” All the cats worked out a battle plan. One cat would fight a clanner coming back from hunting. When the clanner started fighting, the cat would have to drop the fresh-kill. While the clanner was occupied, another cat would grab the prey and run. If the clanner noticed the prey was snatched, the fighting cat would disappear. They called their small band, The Resistance.
